Erin’s dream of a forever captivating autumn proposal came true recently when Adam took her on a walk she will never forget. The couple walked down a tree-lined path vibrant with fall colors, where Adam surprised her on a dock covered with rose petals. “He expressed his love for me and got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. I, of course, said YES,” Erin told us. Adam proposed with a gorgeous, halo-encircled, emerald-cut ring from our iconic Lori design collection.
As if their fall proposal story couldn’t be more perfect, Adam then led Erin to an amazingly romantic picnic composed of all her favorite foods: Chick-fil-A cookies, queso, and pineapple with chocolate. In the background, a lovingly-curated playlist of all Erin’s favorite artists (Britney Spears, Celine Dion, Gavin DeGraw) played; an additional reminder of how well Adam knows his soon-to-be bride!
After the dreamy proposal and thoughtfully planned dockside picnic among the changing leaves, Erin was surprised again, this time by her friend and photographer, Ashley. Ashley created gorgeous photos with the couple and perfectly captured the moments after Erin said “YES” to the man of her dreams. She even staged a photo of Erin’s breathtaking new Lori ring against a cluster of golden, orange and reddish fall leaves, a wonderfully imaginative way to incorporate the romance of fall with the enthralling delight of receiving the ring of a lifetime.
Following the photo shoot, Adam took Erin to dinner, where she was surprised yet again! Her family and friends were waiting there to celebrate their exciting day. When describing the day, Erin said: “I’ve never felt so loved before! I can say hands down I have the best man a woman could ask for and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with him. He really is my silver lining!” Erin and Adam’s proposal story is what a love story is all about: Captivating her heart with all of her favorite things and creating a magically romantic day to remember forever.
